We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new feature to make your check-in even more fast and convenient. Starting in mid-March, a tablet will be available at the reception for you to identify yourself without going through the receptionist.
Here’s everything you need to know:
What is changing?
- Quick self-scan: You will simply need to select the area you are visiting (gym, pool, or group class) directly on the tablet.
- Quick alternative: This new option is an alternative to scanning your card at the reception and does not affect the current method.
- Not applicable to tennis: This feature does not concern tennis users, who will still need to check in at the reception.
Why use it?
- Reduction of traffic at reception: Using the tablet will help ease waiting times and improve the flow of reception.
- Time-saving: Faster and simpler, it’s the ideal option for those who prefer an express pass.
When will it be available?
The tablet will be operational from mid-March. We encourage you to use it as soon as it's launched to take advantage of its benefits!
