ERIC
A former top athlete, Eric enjoys a variety of sports ranging from running, cycling and functional training. A top-level baseball and Crossfit coach, he is recognized for his pedagogy and attention to detail.
He is a fitness professional, including weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell, TRX and plyometrics, and helps his clients exercise safely and effectively. His goal is to be able to keep them moving and doing so for a long time.
Each program is designed specifically for its client, it accompanies them in a fitness for daily tasks and even more. Whether it's to get back into exercise or because of a desire to improve sports performance, Eric is a trainer attentive to the needs of his clients. He will do everything in his power to achieve the desired objective.
Gilles
Trails, lawn and cross-country coach for more than 20 years in a high school. He participated in several races, marathons and duathlons.
In 2012, he won the first place in Quebec open in bodybuilding for 50 years and over. In 2015 and 2016, he took second place at the Canadian Natural Bodybuilding Championships for those 50 and over. In 2016, he will be 10th at the IFBB World Natural Bodybuilding Championships.
As a teacher in Science and Technology and in Physical and Health Education, he will be able to guide and motivate you at the same level. fitness, improving your performance or that of muscle development.
Serge
A fitness enthusiast for some 30 years, Serge specializes in weight reduction and muscle gain. He has taken part in many bodybuilding tournaments, ranking first in the Outaouais championship and fifth in the 2004 provincial championship (master class, ages 40 +). With his expert guidance and advice, Serge can help you achieve all your personal training goals.
Martha
A certified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in teaching, Martha is also a healthy eating and weight loss coach. She will be happy to help you achieve your fitness goals and encourage you to discover your passion for healthy and active living. Martha is especially passionate about coaching active adults 50+. Being very active herself in her free time, Martha mainly enjoys running, cycling and curling.
Caroline
Caro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from the University of Ottawa and is currently doing research in Exercise Physiology as a Master's student. She is a Kinesiologist (FKQ) and Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP). She is passionate about improving cardiovascular capacity in athletes and people with medical limitations. Caro is fond of long distance running and has run several half marathons since 2016. With her 5 years of experience as a paramedic in the Outaouais, she strongly adheres to the philosophy that exercise is a medicine. She has a rigorous scientific approach but she loves to chat, laugh and have fun as much as possible with her clients.
Samuel B.
Certified personal trainer in physical conditioning as well as in private training, Samuel has been a bodybuilding enthusiast for 10 years now. His role is that of a facilitator, he helps you achieve your training goals by providing you with the tools necessary for your success. He is interested in bodybuilding, sports, performance, calisthenics and weight loss. He has several years of experience in cardiovascular training thanks to his position as a soccer coach and his knowledge of this sport. His knowledge, his motivation and his credibility are his main qualities which ensure you a safe training and which will allow you to surpass yourself every day.
