A former top athlete, Eric enjoys a variety of sports ranging from running, cycling and functional training. A top-level baseball and Crossfit coach, he is recognized for his pedagogy and attention to detail. 
              
              He is a fitness professional, including weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell, TRX and plyometrics, and helps his clients exercise safely and effectively. His goal is to be able to keep them moving and doing so for a long time.
              
 Each program is designed specifically for its client, it accompanies them in a fitness for daily tasks and even more. Whether it's to get back into exercise or because of a desire to improve sports performance, Eric is a trainer attentive to the needs of his clients. He will do everything in his power to achieve the desired objective.
