Swim Classes

Cardio tone

Info

A series of cardio movements, with or without jumps, to gradually increase the heart rate. A 15-20 minute period is reserved for weight training at the end of the course.

Strength training

Info

Class with exercises to improve muscle tone, endurance, and flexibility through the use of free weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and bosu balls.

Power tonus

Info

Series of vigorous muscle and cardio exercises often done with free weights, bosu balls, and/or step-ups.

Stabilité équilibre

Info

A gentle fitness class to improve cardio-vascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and confidence.
