The Pre-novice course is for young people aged 5 to 8 who have never practiced racquet sports and who want to develop hand-eye coordination and motor skills, while having fun.

Progression

Ages 9 to 16
The progression course is for young people from 9 to 16 years of age who have already learned the basics of squash or who have considerable experience in a similar sport (tennis, badminton, etc.). We will develop more advanced shots techniques as well as game strategies.

Development

The development course is for young people from 11 to 16 years of age who want to train for competition and who have a minimum of two years experience playing squash. Based on the playing style of each player, we will develop appropriate techniques as well as various game strategies.

Competitive
Ages 12 to 18
The Competitive program is for students who are training to participate in provincial and national competitions. The program also offers coaching athletes for the management of the competition and training schedule. Program by invitation only.

Members
PRESTIGE and TOTAL members get unlimited tennis court access with a rental fee and have unlimited squash court access without a fee. Members can book a court up to seven days in advance. Non-members must pay a guest fee for access to the squash courts and both a guest and a rental fee for access to the tennis courts.

In partnership with Tennis Outaouais Performance (TOP) and Squash Outaouais, Sporthèque offers tennis and squash lessons for adults and children, has leagues for men and women, and organizes tournaments and events. Non-members can join any class by signing up for individual sessions.
