Who has access to the virtual waiting room?

The virtual waiting room will be put in place during the significant traffic generated by registrations. The waiting room will be available to members and non-members depending on the day of registration. On Tuesday, only members can access registration. On Thursday registrations, members and non-members will have access to registrations.

I click on register and I go directly to the registration console, it's normal?

Yes it's normal. It simply means that the number of people already in the registration console is not high enough to activate the virtual waiting room.

How will I know when I can register?

When you are in the virtual waiting room, you will be able to see the classes available, the schedule of each class and the number of places available. Be careful! Does the system rank you in priority order on a first-come, first-served basis? first served. The system will indicate your rank in the list. Places are vacated according to the number of places available in the registration console. When it's your turn, a window will open in your browser and tell you it's your turn.

Is there a deadline for registration?

You have 5 minutes maximum to complete each step.

How do I know that my registration has been completed?

The registration console will tell you that your registration will be completed with a clear message and you will receive an email with confirmation of registration.

Cancellation policy of the day camp

To cancel the registration of your child at camp you must make a written request to Olivier Furoy, Aquatic Sector Coordinator and Day Camp at olivier.furoy@sportheque.com.

Only the remaining days, from the date of the application, can be reimbursed with a penalty corresponding to the smallest amount: $ 50 or 10% of the cost of services that the child does not have. receipts.

If the camp is not started, you will be refunded in full.

Online transactions

According to the law of the protection of the consumer, the cancellation of a contract can be made within a time equal to one tenth of the duration of the subscription is 36.5jrs and the merchant is entitled to demand at most one-tenth of the total value of the subscription including administration fees. Access card provided to the subscription
