Who has access to the virtual waiting room?
The virtual waiting room will be put in place during the significant traffic generated by registrations. The waiting room will be available to members and non-members depending on the day of registration. On Tuesday, only members can access registration. On Thursday registrations, members and non-members will have access to registrations.

How will I know when I can register?

Places are vacated according to the number of places available in the registration console. When it's your turn, a window will open in your browser and tell you it's your turn.
