Kripalu yoga is a yoga of mindfulness with a gentle, slow rhythm and a focus on breathing.

Hot or Warm Yin
Poses maintained comfortably and easily for a long time (2 to 5 min.). Stretching of connective tissue, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. Develops a wide range of movement and a deep sense of well-being.

Therapeutic yoga
Therapeutic yoga helps release stress and bad emotions through a range of breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. It also makes you mindful of your physical, emotional, and spiritual state so you can regain energy and balance in body and mind.

Energizing hot flow
This yoga class will fill you with positive energy to start of the week on the right foot. Progressive sequences of postures, coordinated with breathing, will gently wake up your muscles and joints and activate the circulation of energy throughout your body.

Hatha Yoga, which focuses on stretches, breathing, and concentration, helps eliminate stress and regain vitality and flexibility.
Classes can be adapted for students of all levels.
Yoga alignment
In this yoga practice we study how the muscles allow the alignment of the structure and how it frees the breath and calms the mind. Aligning the body in its axis is an excellent practice for beginners as well as for the more advanced.

Yin Yang
The yang part of the course is done first, more dynamic postures followed by the second half of the course, the yin, poses are held longer, on the ground, which allows the stretching of the connective tissues, all in all, a course well balanced, increases strength and flexibility.

In Flow Yoga, a seamless, dynamic, and accessible discipline to build strength and boost energy, participants hold a series of yoga poses in sync with their breathing.

AcroYoga yoga is where two people partner up to enhance the impact and experience of practising yoga. What sets it apart from individual yoga is the element of touch. The approach uses traction, the lever effect, and the kinesthetic awareness of touch to make us more conscious of our bodies and minds.

Ready to sweat? CorePower is a physically challenging yoga class with strength poses. Get ready to move and sweat! True to its name, this class will build and engage your core strength to help you with the most advanced poses. With upbeat music and a heated environment, CorePower Yoga strengthens, balances, detoxifies, and freshens the body and mind.

Some Tips
To make your classes more enjoyable,
You should come to yoga class well hydrated and bring a bottle of water.
Trust me, you'll need it!
A yoga mat is mandatory. You can rent one at the front desk for a small fee.
Do not forget your mat!!
Bring a towel to put on top of your mat. It will absorb excess sweat and keep you from slipping.
Especially important for hot yoga classes!!
Power and Advanced Level
For those who want to transcend their limits
Hot or Warm Ashtanga
Come and
practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a revitalizing and ancient experience that
combines strength, flexibility and concentration. A dynamic 75-minute Vinyasa,
with a selection of postures from Ashtanga's First Series and adapted to all
levels using props. It consists of
dynamic sequences of postures (asanas) performed in synchrony with the breath
(vinyasa), and point-of-view concentration (drishti). This approach creates an
internal heat that purifies the body, improves flexibility, strengthens muscles
and promotes intense concentration.

Hot or warm breathing and intensity
Travel on the wave of your breath, in sequences that blend a diversity of styles (Forrest, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, etc.). Improve your alignment and strengthen your abs, gain flexibility and power, and immerse yourself in the realms of heart and mind. This class is for those who already know and have practised the basic alignments.

This approach combines balance, power, and flexibility poses to achieve deep relaxation, and is perfect for a day full of positive energy and peace of mind. Yin Yoga: Poses maintained for a long time (2 to 5 min.), comfortably, and without muscle exertion. Stretching of connective tissue, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. Develops a wide range of movement and a deep sense of well-being.
