Some Tips
To make your classes more enjoyable,
You should come to yoga class well hydrated and bring a bottle of water.
Trust me, you'll need it!
A yoga mat is mandatory. You can rent one at the front desk for a small fee.
Do not forget your mat!!
Bring a towel to put on top of your mat. It will absorb excess sweat and keep you from slipping.
Especially important for hot yoga classes!!
