This class develops muscle tone and endurance while promoting ideal posture and healthy movement. While physically demanding, it includes stretches and exercises to improve balance and range of movement.

Restorative Pilates

This class is for people with weakened joints, regardless of age, who wish to maintain a level of training that will allow them to strengthen their muscles to maintain a toned and flexible body. It aims to work on muscle imbalances, including postural muscles, as well as to strengthen the support around the joints. The exercises are adapted to different conditions. You will move from head to toe and feel a sense of well-being... invigorating!

Pilates with props

Phased exercises based on core and standard repertoires of Joseph Pilates and involving a range of standing workouts that are both challenging and fun. A perfect way to gain strength, stability, and balance and to do yourself a world of good. A must for sculpting the torso and strengthening your core.

Classic Pilates

Original Pilates ground exercises without accessories and taught with the form and principles created by its founder Joseph Pilates.
