Pilates the fondations

An ideal class to discover ou reconnect with the basics of pilates. You will learn to activate deep core muscles, to improve your posture and to develop your body awareness through the controlled and precise movements. Good for all levels. 

Pilates Core & Alignment

This class puts the accent on reinforcing your core, or the centre of your body, and on postural alignment. In order to move with control and efficiency, you will work on stability, balance and body awareness while developing strength and mobility. 

Pilates Strength and Stability

Combining classic and contemporary pilates, standing or on the mat, this class targets strengtheing deep core, stabilising and postural muscles. Superficial and locomotor muscles will also be sollicited while challenging your sense of balance and movement control. Work on neutral skeletal alignment to activate muscles in an optimal, integrated and secure manner. 

Hot sculpt pilates

An energizing pilates-style workout, combining muscle strengthening, stability and endurance, all in a hot studio. Expect to sweat, sculpt and reinforce your deep core muscles.
