Establishment of the vaccination passport
LAST UPDATE COVID-19 - VACCINATION PASSPORT
EFFECTIVE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST 2021
Dear client(s), here is the most recent update regarding the implementation of the vaccination passport in our establishment as of septembre 1st.
The Government of Quebec has implemented a measure that affects all non-essentials services, including sports centers such as La Sporthèque. From Wednesday September 1st, the vaccination passport for all visitors will be mandatory.
quebec residents
We will accept the QR Code presented in paper format, virtual (photo of your code), as well as the VaxiCode application. We also require a photo ID card as a proof of identity.
After scanning your QR Code, you will be able to enter and enjoy our facilities as normal. However, if your passport is red, we will have to deny you access. It is therofore your responsibility to ensure the validity of your vaccination proof.
Please note that we are not allowed to print your vaccination proof at La Sporthèque. You must have your QR Code in hand before arriving on site. A team member will be waiting for you at the reception to validate your attendance.
ontario residents
As seen on the website of the Government of Quebec, people travelling to Québec must show photo ID and proof issued by their country or Canadian province that they have had two doses of one of the recognized vaccines.
visitors under the age of 13
All visitors under the age of 13 will not be subject to the vaccination passport. However, the regulations apply to parents or guardian.
