The Yamuna ® Body Rolling - a newly introduced discipline at the Sporthèque - consists of a series of exercises performed with balloons 15 to 25 cm in diameter in order to pull our muscles to give them length.

These exercises can increase mobility and range of motion of the joints, improve our musculoskeletal alignment and reduce muscle tension! At the end of a session, we feel a general well-being!

The YBR is for everyone. Come release your body from its tensions and feel incredibly well!
