Joël has a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from Université de Sherbrooke with a minor in teaching, and will be glad to share his know-how to help you reach your goals.
Trails, lawn and cross-country coach for more than 20 years in a high school. He participated in several races, marathons and duathlons.
In 2012, he won the first place in Quebec open in bodybuilding for 50 years and over. In 2015 and 2016, he took second place at the Canadian Natural Bodybuilding Championships for those 50 and over. In 2016, he will be 10th at the IFBB World Natural Bodybuilding Championships.
As a teacher in Science and Technology and in Physical and Health Education, he will be able to guide and motivate you at the same level. fitness, improving your performance or that of muscle development.
A fitness enthusiast for some 30 years, Serge specializes in weight reduction and muscle gain. He has taken part in many bodybuilding tournaments, ranking first in the Outaouais championship and fifth in the 2004 provincial championship (master class, ages 40 +). With his expert guidance and advice, Serge can help you achieve all your personal training goals.
A director on the Fédération de culture physique amateure du Québec's executive board, Johanne has worked in a range of capacities including, among other things, overseeing the Outaouais region and the anti-doping policy for female athletes. She has also been an official judge at bodybuilding competitions. A cross-training enthusiast, Johanne specializes in body symmetry, muscle fitness, and diet and nutrition. An avid competitor and the National Capital Region's 2007 classic bodyfitness champion, she is more than happy to help you reach your targets.
Annie Dumouchel has a Master's Degree in kinesiology and received a B.A. in physical education and health teaching from the Université de Montréal in 2011. She works both in the education field and since 2004 at a private physiotherapy clinic as a physical rehabilitation therapist treating clients who have suffered sports injuries or who have various musculoskeletal problems. As a triathlete, Annie is a trainer who also has an expertise in the triathlon disciplines: swimming, cycling and running. She can help you improve your running techniques and help you with cycling during the spinning sessions she gives at the Sporthèque.
Alexandre has a kinesiology degree from Université de Sherbrooke and has studied muscle imbalances, postural mechanisms, and functional medicine. He has extensive practical experience, whether with athletes or with clients who want to lose weight or get in shape, and has worked in injury rehab. In addition to abstract knowledge, Alexandre puts a high value on client relations, is mindful of their needs, and can help achieve your goals whatever they may be.
Caro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from the University of Ottawa and is currently doing research in Exercise Physiology as a Master's student. She is a Kinesiologist (FKQ) and Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP). She is passionate about improving cardiovascular capacity in athletes and people with medical limitations. Caro is fond of long distance running and has run several half marathons since 2016. With her 5 years of experience as a paramedic in the Outaouais, she strongly adheres to the philosophy that exercise is a medicine. She has a rigorous scientific approach but she loves to chat, laugh and have fun as much as possible with her clients.
Geneviève holds a degree in kinesiology from the University of Trois-Rivières. She loves everything related to chronic diseases and rehabilitation, while mastering the issues of weight loss and fitness. With many years of experience to get people moving, Geneviève will find a way to keep you motivated and to help you achieve your goals according to your needs.
